is an international yoga instructor, with over 20 years of experience. His teachings have been covered and televised throughout the globe. Flow currently resides in Los Angeles, where he continues to self-improve in the art of yoga. He offers classes to clients, including celebrities, that are eager to practice at any level. One of Flow's specialties is offering classes to help perfect the practice of handstands.With a lifetime dedication, Flow has developed a perfect balance to empower one's self physically, mentally and spiritually. Oleg Flow is the founder of Kurma Yoga (Turtle Yoga).

CHRIS FILKINS
is an internationally-known acroyoga teacher. He lives in Venice, California and is an originator of the Original Muscle Beach style of movement which melds L-base, circus style acrobatics, and yogic methods of alignment. 15 years after starting to explore this type of movement in Santa Monica, his style has spread across the country through students and teachers that have come through his classes, workshops, & festival appearances.
